Item not as ordered

Cupcakes were not as ordered. I ordered whipped frosting and got buttercream. I ordered all vanilla cupcakes and got 1/2 chocolate. Walmart really needs to update their systems to stop selling products they don't have in stock. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me.
