I purchased the shirt for my grandson. I purchased it in a small. He wears a 6-7. It was true to size. He needed it for an event at church. It served its purpose. The price was reasonable, so if he doesn't wear it again I won't feel too bad about it. I do wish it had a little polyester mixed in with the cotton. It wrinkled quite a bit. Other than that, I would recommend it.
