I'm obsessed with this cookbook

When this book first arrived, I was shocked by the wonderful quality for what I paid. What a deal! The pictures are actually quite beautiful, this could even be left in a coffee table it's so pretty looking and the back stories for recipes and regions are intriguing. I love that there is a real range and variety of recipes with clear instructions. I've already made some lovely dishes and looking forward to many more over the coming months.

We are trying to simplify our dinners, and go healthy, but taste good. These are all simple recipes with very low cost. Only a few odd items that not every grocery store will have. I'd like to see a few more recipes for such a large book. But its enjoyable to read it as well. I guess its the most story reading I've ever done with a recipe book.
