Delay in delivering

Took way longer then expected to arrive. I bought this for my daughter's dance recital and it arrived the following week. Also, it smears off and I thought it wouldn't come off. Make sure to blot it, if you don't want it to transfer to something like outside of your lip line or clothes. I do like how it looks and feels though, so it is a nice product overall.
