Thai Kitchen Non-GMO Gluten Free Coconut Milk, 25.36 fl oz Brick

I usually get the can so that I can shake it, open it and stir if needed. However, I shook the heck out of this to get it to pour out. It works, just a lot of work, but yeah, the consistency is fine once you shake your brains out! LOL I tried it in my coffee and don't care for that at all, so I will stick to half-and-half or milk for that. But, It's GREAT for my smoothies, certain desserts and even a couple ounces with a handful of nuts as a snack.

I've tried a few brands of coconut milk, but Thai Kitchen is by far my favorite. It's super creamy, has a clean coconut flavor, and mixes really well into curries, soups, and even coffee. I also love that it doesn't have that weird aftertaste some other brands do. I always keep a few cans in my pantry, it's my go-to for both cooking and baking!
