Finally, a perfect lid for use with a straw
LOVE IT!!!! But they are hard to find. Maybe because they sell out so quickly. I hated the lid that came with it because it went too far down into the cup. I do understand that lid is more for sipping hot beverages and I use that one on my 16oz cup to drink hot tea. But I use the straw lid 100% of the time with my 24 oz. Still wish the other lid didn't go so far down in the cup. And I agree with everyone else, need more colors!!!!!

Outstanding new lid!
I have had my Tervis Tumblers for 7 years, and I was using the "travel" lids. However, the travel lids just did not seal the container as good. If I dropped the tumbler or it got knocked over, the liquid would pour out of it. Also, the travel lid sat on the inside of the cup and reduced how much liquid could be inside. Now, this new lid seals well, and it allows for more liquid to be in the cup. This is a great lid, and I hope that they make it in many more colors.

I have the regular Travel Lid, but when in the car, found that it wasn't as handy as the straw lid which I can just grab and drink without spilling a drop or taking my eyes off the road. My only "complaint" is that there are so few colors to pick from and not all the lids go with my tumblers. I really LOVE the Maroon color!
