Tena Overnights are the best I've found for my wife because they fit well and don't leak onto the pad on the bed and they are easy to pull off when changing. We've tried them all and the Tena Overnights are hands down the best. It's too bad more people don't know about Tena Overnights for were more people to know how well they work Jet would be selling a lot more of them. I buy lots of ten at a time and it doesn't take long for me to run out of them and then I buy more from Jet as Jet has the best prices and the deliveries have always been on time.
