Note that the current description on 1/5/2017 that indicates the Coffee Maker comes with a Glass Carafe is incorrect. The picture is correct as it shows the Coffee Maker actually comes with a Thermal Carafe. This is the best tasting coffee I have ever gotten out of a brew-at-home pot. The coffee is extremely hot and stays that way in the thermal carafe.

Bought as our house gift for Christmas. We love coffee and this made our Costa Rican coffee Britt even better. Smoothest coffee I have ever tasted. Thought Cuisinart was good, but no comparison to TMM. Love the thermal carafe rather than a burner and glass carafe. The manual shut off is a pain to use and leaks. 5 year warranty really indicates quality of device.
