I like many of the Taylor Farms chopped salad kits, but this one is my favorite. There's a lot of healthy nutrition in each bite. I've been trying to eat more kale because it's so good for you, but eating a salad made it entirely with kale is just not appetizing to me. This is a wonderful way to get more healthy greens into your diet. The greens are crispy, plus the toppings and dressing are absolutely delicious.
