Overall this is a great cast iron pan. Large and hold so much! Cooks great. Follow the instructions to maintain the seasoning on the pan. It is easy to re-season though! Hubby was helping and didn't realize that he shouldn't use hot soapy water and scrub the he** out of it! (It's the thought that counts!) Anyway, like it so much that I am now looking for its smaller sister to cook smaller portions in. Truly enjoy it!
