Talenti Gelato Non-GMO Sea Salt Caramel, 1 Pint is made from our friend Mario’s mother’s Argentinian recipe (dulce de leche is like caramel but is richer and creamier). It’s one of our best-selling flavors, and it’s not hard to understand why. We start with one of the most decadent, luxurious bases – dulce de leche – then blend it with fresh milk and pure cane syrup, and slow-cook the gelato to slightly caramelize the flavors for a one-of-a-kind experience. And if that isn’t enough, we then add handfuls of soft, chocolate-covered caramel truffles into the mix so that every bite feels like fresh caramel melting your mouth. At Talenti, we believe that only the best process and ingredients result in delicious gelato and sorbetto. That’s why we source the highest-quality ingredients from all around the world and use a slow-cooking method (like how French chefs use a bain-marie water bath technique) for our frozen dessert. Then we package our products in clear, BPA-free pint jars that can be recycled and reused any way you like. Please note that Talenti jars are not microwave- or dishwasher-safe.
