Beautiful hardware, missing parts.

I recently bought this faucet and matching shower hardware set and they both arrived missing parts. The hardware seems nice, but it's super frustrating to have installation delayed by weeks while Moen sends what should've been in the box in the first place.

Non matching finish

I purchased three Weymouth products in the same finish: Brushed Gold. The finish on the faucet does not match the finish on the towel ring and paper holder. I wrote to Moen about it and this, if you can believe it, is the response I received: “ Thank you for contacting Moen. If I understood your email correctly, the towel ring and paper holder that you purchased in brushed gold does not match the faucet in brushed gold. Our bath accessories are designed to complement our faucets and the finish will not be an exact match. “ What a joke. Don't waste your money.

Hello MoenSucks and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the finish of your Moen products and accessories. Moen is aware that due to variations in the manufacturing materials used between the faucets and the accessories that it may cause changes in the hue or warmth when the finish is plated. Unfortunately, we do not offer a complete collection that is manufactured from the same base materials which would prevent any differences in the finish from occurring. The plated finish Moen applies is intended to coordinate closely when installed in a complete bathroom suite but the products are not designed to be an exact identical match. Moen’s line of bath accessory products also have a finish that is complimentary across the product line but can appear to show variations when side by side with similar products finished the same. VERY EXPENSIVE VERY POORLY MADE FAUCET

FOR WHAT THIS FAUCET COST THE QUALITY IS VERY POOR. THE HANDLE IS NOW SO LOOSE YOU CANNOT REGULATE THE WATER. POOR EXCUSE FOR A FAUCET. CHEAPER FAUCETS ARE MUCH BETTER QUALITY. NEVER AGAIN.
