Instructions
1. Clean Your Face - Since adhesive doesn't stick well to oily or wet skin, it's important to wash and thoroughly dry your nose before applying a nasal strip. 2. Position Nasal Strip - Remove the protective liner to expose the adhesive. Then position the nasal strip on your nose. Position is critical—the strip should be centered along the width of your nose with the tabs on the flaring part of the nostril. The tabs shouldn't cover the flaring part of the nostril entirely, but rather should sit just above. 3. Apply to Nose - Gently rub the strip to secure it onto your nose. Nasal strips come in different sizes to fit different nose types, so you should determine which size is best for you. Also, it's important to always refer to the packaging leaflet before use.

Snooring or blocked nose? These will help!
May not offer a cure for snoring but fantastic for opening up the nasal passages. I have been unable to breath through my nose and sleep for ever and these have been brilliant. They don't seem to do much looking in the mirror but you'll feel the difference immediately breathing. Perfect for those who suffer swollen nasal tissues. I wear them in bed and when training and I see other athletes with them constantly. One thing; I have tried the clear and tan and find the tan stick better. Found a couple of the clear ones loose in the bed in the morning and they either fell off or I scratched them off due to itching. I have never had that problem with the tan ones.
