Tasty, Low-Guilt, Satisfying Snack

One of the original, still the best Kind bar. More food, less candy -- 2 nuts, 4 fruits, 1 seed, no chocolate, no peanut butter. 13 g fat, 10 mg sodium, 3 g fiber, 8 g sugar, 6 g protein. 190 calories. Glucose syrup, honey %26 cane sugar -- no other sweeteners. It's also got rice flour, sea salt %26 soy lecithin, and that's it. It's got whole almonds in it, so you need strong teeth to chew it. It's hard to find in any stores, but this item is 12 to a box, over a pound of food, and the box I got has a year before the best-by date.

Nutty, Tasty, Delicious Snack

I love these bars! I usually don't like "nutritional" bars (they're all sort of yucky), the KIND bars are different. If you like nuts, honey, cranberries (dried), or raisins give them a try. Having just one though isn't easy, luckily eating nuts is a healthy habit to develop. Note: I'm giving only 3 bars for value cause these things are Pricey! Walmart's price is pretty good in comparison to other stores.

Possibly the Best KIND Flavor

I reviewed both these and the KIND Nut Delight bar. These have all the same nuts as the Nut Delight (peanuts, almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts) and add a bunch of dried fruit (raisins, apricots, dates). So delicious and a great, simpler alternative to a lot of granola/stack/protein bars out there. At 180 calories, these pack just enough for a large snack. At a buck fifty a piece, they're not cheap so I don't think it's something I'd eat on a regular basis, despite their utter deliciousness. If I wanted to replace a meal, I'd personally go with something that packs a little more punch, like a Clif bar at 300 calories.
