I eat 4 energy jellybeans after lunch since that's when I need an energy boost the most. My meals aren't always balanced so I might not be getting the full amount of vitamin B12. These jellybeans help me get my full daily amount and gives me an energy boost after a few minutes of eating them. The cherry flavor isn't strong or sweet but the jellybeans still taste decent. They are also easy to chew and I chew on them for about a minute before swallowing. I recommend these to people who need an energy boost and don't like pills.
