I like these vitamins. I am 73 years old. I already take Vitamin D for my bones. But I feel a multiple vitamin will only give me the vitamins that will to me staying healthy. I have taken the One A Day over 50 will only add to your good health. I strongly recommend them.

I like these!

As a child, my brother and I took the original One-a-Day's from pre-school through graduation. Now, as a mature woman, I'd been noticing that my energy levels were beginning to lag...plus my PCP said I was slightly anemic. I came straight to the Women's Formula of One-a-Day Supplements and, once confirming they gave 100% of so many vitamins and minerals (especially the B vitamins and iron), I purchased a bottle. Very pleased. It's been about two weeks and I can actually feel a difference already! They have no bad tasting coating and I find them easy to swallow (in fact, I've taken antibiotics that were larger). From some of the reviews I've read, it appears some folks find them too large to swallow. If so, use a pill splitter and take 1/2 at a time.
