I wanted to find a light strip that I could hardwire into the existing wiring on my vehicle so that my trailer wiring is still available. With this light strip, I simply cut off the trailer plug, and got to work. I absolutely loved the length of the wires and only had to add wiring to stretch over to the passenger side turn signal. Everything is also conveniently labeled and colored. I am red green colorblind, so some green and browns look the same. With the wiring here though, the colors were very easy to tell apart. Then, I jumped over to the included instruction booklet, tapped into my vehicle's existing wiring, and had this working in no time! The lights are extremely bright, and you can easily tell the difference between the light colors as opposed to other light strips. I can't wait to see how this looks at night! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for some extra lighting especially at such a great price.
