Skirt runs 1 to 2 sizes large. That is the only down side to this skirt. It is a great skirt for most every occasion, and at this price, you will wish you had at least one of these in your closet. I purchased my normal size (large / 12-14) and there was so much material it was awkward. I purchased (medium / 8-10) and Wow perfect fit! Comfortable, with pockets. Good length, falls between mid-calf and ankle. It has an elastic waist and it moves easily. The material is nice weight, good for most weather. It is versatile and can be dressed up or down and worn for 1001 occasions: Office Birthday parties Baby shower Family gatherings Running errands Plane, Train or Car Trip School Reunion Babysitting Keep this skirt in the back of your closet %26 wear for a last minute get together with the in-laws, add low heeled sandals, fun jewelry and a nice pullover and you're good to go! Highly recommend!
