Too narrow but my mistake

It ended up being too narrow for the ball joints on my 2009 Pilot. That being said it was my mistake because there's about 4 sizes to choose from. Live & learn, it was built solid though and for $10 I'll take the L and hope to get some use out of it down the line.

Excellent tool

Recently purchased this product and put it to use almost immediately on a 2008 Mazda 3 RH lower ball joint. The spacing of the fork is what I was looking for when it comes to compact to mid size automobile joints. I own wider forks but they don't do the job on these types of vehicles. I get a chuckle out of these younger mechanics with their high price pneumatic forks and struggle with separation, when a couple blows with this fork, and I am moving forward. Durability is yet to be seen.

The Exact tool I needed for the Job

A tool that has been around for many years, But not in every toolbox and not something you would find in the big box hardware stores... So Great that my local northern tool had it when I needed it... saved the day...
