Purchased this because I had a reaction to an inhaler and needed a strong anticeptic. My regular mouthwash contains some alcohol so I couldn't use it. So far this is working. I really don't like the taste very much and the first few times I used it, it burned because of yhe condition my mouth was in. Now that I hdve used it more I no longer feel the burning sensation so I know it is doing the job. I have also gotten used to the medicine taste. I would highly recommend this because it does what it advertises.
