shipping was fast, product is good quality. there was a little smell to the product, but is slowly going away. I like that there are 3 different resistances. There are 3 exercises in the instructions, but a lot on YouTube videos are available. After a week of doing some YouTube exercises daily, my wrist mobility and thumb pain is much better. A big plus is that they can also be used for massaging hand, wrist, arm. highly recommend!
