the phone is not as user friendly as my last phone and it won't let you move game apps to the sd card like my samsung did, and it doesn't have biometric ability,but it does have more memory and the screen is a bit larger and the camera has better overall quality.

It was not scanned properly at the store which means it has to be taken back to the store to be scanned %26 that is a big ordeal because 1. It's right after Christmas %26 the store will be very busy with returnes. 2. I don't drive or have easy transportation to the store. which is why i order online all the time. So i'm not very happy about this but other than that everything is usually perfect when i order.
