I have not had any luck twisting the top off but it easily cuts off with a pair of scissors. when laid outdoors where there are a lot of little ants they soon are in the trap where they cannot get out. within a couple of days there is no more and problem. these can get rained on and still do the job. I think they do much better job then the competitors.

These things are awesome. You just have to know how to use them. He can't expect Ants to be gone in a day. You have to let them get some of the liquid inside their system. Let them bring it back to their colony and they come back and then they're gone.

I usually put the Terro Liquid Ant Baits down every spring, but this year when I went to purchase them, they were out of stock, so I purchased a different brand and unfortunately, the ants got out of control. I ended up still having to purchase the Terro Liquid Ant Baits and once they were back in stock. I put them down and within 2 days the ants were pretty much gone. Within a week they were completely gone.
