i make a 24 oz cup of coffee every day. I was using 3 heaping teaspoons of sugar in it. I stopped adding sugar to anything to improve my health. My sister recommended this to me. I couldn't be more pleased. I use one of the tiny little scoops that came with it, 18th of a teaspoon, not rounded or heaping and my coffee is perfect. It's a wonderful way to cut out sugar. Its safe, natural and no side effects or after taste. I only use this kind because its pure monk fruit, NO additives. i definitely recommend it.

I am always trying to find ways to lessen my sugar consumption. I've been using 1/3 xylitol and 2/3 sugar in my coffee for several years. I've found that xylitol has a laxative effect and have to use it minimally. I have been open to a change, but I didn't want a sweetener that has additives and artificial ingredients. I tried a collagen supplement that was sweetened with monk fruit, and I really liked it, so that led me to TEAki Hut Organic Monk Fruit 4oz No Calorie Sweetener. I ordered it and have put it in a 4 oz jar with a 1/8 tsp measure. Other than it doesn't dissolve easily, I really like it; but that's a result of not adding mystery ingredients, so I'll just stir more. I haven't cooked with it yet but plan to.
