Great plant but poorly packaged

The Syngonium arrived early, appears to be pest free, looks as described, and has a great root system. Overall, I am very happy with it. It is beautiful and actively growing. I have been on the hunt for one for months and could not find one locally, so I am very excited to add it to my collection. This would have been a 5 star rating, had the seller taken time to pack the plant with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or something else to protect the integrity of the leaves during transit. However, all that they did was wrap clingwrap around the pot in a failed attempt to keep the soil inside the pot. Unfortunately, that resulted in a mess, several damaged leaves, and the plant needing to be repotted immediately.
