I have tried a wide variety of omega-3 items in the past and almost all either upset my sensitive stomach and/or cause disgusting fish burps; there have been very few I have found that don't cause me any issues. I wasn't sure what to expect from these. I was pleasantly surprised by them. They have not upset my stomach at all after taking them, and the thing that surprised me the most was that I have not had any fish burps or fish tastes later on after taking one. I will say I do take them with food and with my biggest meal of the day as well. I love how big of a container these come in and how many come in one container. The pills are a bit on the larger side, but I have had no issues swallowing them; they are very smooth to swallow. Also, I like that they have a slight sweet taste when you place one in your mouth.

They don't have any kind of fishy smell or flavor and I also have not experienced any kind of burps or similar issue that I have seen with some brands of fish oil. These have a slight vanilla smell and flavor which is pleasant provided by the addition of vanillin in the ingredient list. Omegas are a hard thing to tell how effective they are in the short term, but assuming the ingredients are high quality as they seem then these will be a great addition to your supplement list with 450mg of Omega 3 from 1500mg of fish oil.
