Swing Set Stuff may require photos reasonably showing the claimed defect and a signed, written statement describing the defect and the date the defect was first discovered. However, it is in the sole discretion of Swing Set Stuff to determine if an item is in fact defective. If the item is found to be defective, than we will replace or refund that item. Swing Set Stuff will not consider any item for return after one year from the purchase date. Once we have validated the defect, Swing Set Stuff will replace or refund that item, along with any applicable taxes. my daughter absolutely loves all the pieces. the only thing i dislike was that the beackets were a little too big for the wood on our playset. they still work though! the binoculars are HUGE. the telescope can be mounted in two different ways. the phone only uses one screw which makes it very loose.
