Cute doll but shipping takes forever.

The only issue I had with the doll was the shipping. The doll came from China, so it took a long time to get here and very little updates on the tracking. I almost had it reported as lost before it finally showed up in my mailbox in a plastic shipping bag with the box torn. There are no instructions. The instructions have to be downloaded from site.
