My doctor recommended ProstaCalm. I took it for weeks and didn't have any improvement. I try to take this twice a day as recommended but often forget the second dose but it is still very helpful. Most of the time I only get up once a night now and sometimes not at all. It's defiantly worth trying and they offer a guarantee unlike Prostacalm.
