Appreciating Swanson quality and convenience all in place~

A naturopathic doctor I know takes NAC, and also recommended berberine. It's wonderful to shop Swanson, and know the quality of vitamins and supplements is excellent. I left a well known drug store today after an unsuccessful search for quality calcium supplements. After returning home, I placed an order with Swanson for berberine, calcium, and more.

Good for sinuses

I use this NAC to help in keeping my sinuses clear. I took it occasionally before but after I got a sinus issue earlier this year, I now take it daily.

NAC is highly beneficial

I notice a positive effect on the days when I take it, and I can definitely tell on the days when I don't. Approaching age 50, I'm seeing more and more how our food, water, etc. don't provide everything we need to maintain strong health. I was turned on to NAC a while ago, and I'm glad to use this in combination with other related products.
