Not gritty at all. Idk what that guy was doing with it. \nI've been using this for a while. I add it to flavored water and barely notice it there. If the mixed drink has set for a while, give it a flip to get the chlorophyll to mix back in because it'll settle to the bottom. See photo. ALWAYS give it a mild shake to mix it back up.
