Will Recommend to friends
I will recommend to friends if they need this supplement it does what its suppose to do. With no problems to report. Goes better with water. I would recommend with no juice because of the sugar that juice provides. D-mannose is a simple sugar it's what the kidneys need.

There is no doubt that this product does work better than carnberry juice for the urinary tract. Even my urologist agreed that this product was doing my urinary tract a lot of good. I take about one half of the recomended dose as a daily maintainance and have had no problems. I have been using this product continually for several years.

It works!
If you've done your research, then you know what this supplement should be used for and it is very effective for that specific purpose.This is one of the few supplements that I have used where the benefit is apparent within a day or two of starting.Pretty much tasteless when mixed with the appropriate amount of water.
