Sutra Beauty Mini Cordless Travel Flat Iron in Black

I gave this a 5 because I do love the product and was actually purchasing a second one. Charges quickly, heats up quickly and is great for using on the go or while traveling. If I could rate the seller separately I would give a 1. My item arrived promptly but was missing a couple parts and did not appear unused. Because I have purchased this item before I knew what to expect. Upon contacting the seller I was told they would make it right. Then nothing. When I contacted again I was sent an email saying they were sending me a new one. Since I did not receive it I reached out to the seller again and received the exact email saying they would send another one. Months later still no replacement or refund. Very disappointing.
