Very light/almost no scent. I love these compared to others because it gives you the option to wash the machine empty or with a full load of dishes compared to others that require you to wash it without dishes. My dishes kept coming out of the dishwasher smelling like dog hair (I don't have a dog), but washing my machine with these tablets immediately fix that problem after one cycle. Suggested use is every 30 days or as needed. You get 6 tablets for $9: that's 6 washes/6 months worth!

No scent is a good thing. We have asthma and allergies. It is safe for the dishwasher and helps to get mineral deposits out. I have learned to do an extra rinse at the end of each washing to remove the excessive soap that is retained in my dishwasher.
