The pet experts at Purina have provided the feeding amounts indicated as a starting point. If you find that your dog is losing weight or becomes overweight when fed these amounts, please adjust accordingly. To help your dog maintain an ideal body condition, monitor your dog’s weight on a regular basis, making sure that his ribs are easily felt and the waist is visible when viewed from above. Maintaining an ideal body condition can impact your dog’s lifelong health. IT’S NOT FOR ALL DOGS Purina ONE True Instinct is specifically formulated for adult dogs. If you have a puppy, or a pregnant or nursing dog, feed Purina ONE Healthy Puppy Formula. MAY BE SERVED DRY OR MOISTENED Purina ONE may be fed dry or mixed with water. Only Kibble My Dogs Will Eat
I have two small dogs who absolutely did not like the vet recommended kibble. I cannot afford the trending ones that are mail ordered such as The Farmer's Dog and it's been a real challenge to find a quality kibble that they actually look forward to eating. This one changed the game for us. I am so pleased that it meets the dietary guidelines and they like it! I think in part it is because there are some softer meaty bits mixed in with the kibble. I made a mistake and bought the Purina One ( not Instinct) and they refused to eat it. It is only Purina One Instinct that has the soft meaty pieces added in to the kibble. Every dog is different but, if you have a picky eater, give this a try. It has solved a huge problem with my dogs food choices.
