Water leaks from spout

A plumber installed this faucet replacing my original Delta faucet. After about three years, I noticed that water drops were appearing on top of the spout. It became apparent that the water was actually seeping through the finish of the top of the faucet. Because it was installed by a plumber, I do not have a receipt, and so cannot claim a defect for lifetime warranty. I do not recommend this product.
