The perfect way to start my day
For the past 70 years I've started my day with a bowl of breakfast cereal. When I was a child it was cornflakes sprinkled with sugar and just enough milk to make it a crunchy morning treat . As an adult I've looked for something a little more sophisticated - that I don't have to add sugar to but is still sweet and crunchy to eat. I'm also looking for something with lots of fiber to keep me regular. I've tried several bran breakfast cereals but most are bland or powdery or have an unpleasant taste. Not so Fiber One. It's just right as far in every respect. I've been buying it for years and experienced severe withdrawal symptoms when there was a supply shortage during the COVID crisis!

Walmart Wins on Price!
Linda and I have been eating this for breakfast for several years. We like the original the best for the added roughage. I switched to purchasing it at Walmart because of the price. The local Kroeger store has it at $7 pre box. Walmart has the same box for $5. It keeps for months so whenever I go to Walmart I buy several boxes.

When they say 50 one they mean exactly was on the box. They are delicious and they're good for you. Mainly if you have any regularity problems if you need that extra fiber, no extra bulk. This is the one item that you need to purchase. Thank you Walmart for sending it at a reasonable price
