I searched high and low for Methylcobalamin without sugar or sugar alcohol. My Dr. said to use sublingual for absorption. Natural Factors are the only tablets I found that are both: sublingual, and contain no sugar or sugar alcohol. I recommend this product.

Simple Supplement
I found I need the methylcobalamin form of B12. I have tried a couple of dissolvable tabs, and prefer these because they are small, dissolve quickly, and do not have added sugars or flavors.
