Strong sleep
I have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep as my mind wont turn off. I'm always either on my phone or thinking about what task I need to do next. Well, these gummies literally make me fall asleep within 30 minutes and I stay asleep most of the night. I do wake up as if I was just in a deep sleep, but I do not feel groggy when I wake up. Regular melatonin tablets do NOT do this. So I'm just curious what is in this that is different than regular melatonin tablets?
