Mandrel failure
Mandrels last for a few holes then they no longer hold the saw, I can see theres a cheesey little wire clip down in it that comes out of place. Same thing on 4-5 mandrels now. If my local hardware store wasn't so awesome about replacing them I would toss the kit.
