It looks amazing!
We bought this just over a year ago, I still love the look it gives the tub, what I don't like is the hand held shower pull is one of the hardest I have ever experienced. And water runs down the hand held into the bottom of tub fairly easy if you're not careful.

Diverter impossible to lift up, moe
Hello...I am very disappointed in this product. Love the look and was VERY excited about using the wand but the diverter behind the spout is IMPOSSIBLE to pull up to transfer water to the wand. I really hope that we can replace just the spout. Please advise as to what I shoud do.
