This product is beautiful and functions well but the design left me slightly disappointed.

This product is beautiful. Water pressure is very good and settings are comfortable and pleasant. I am disappointed however that the adjustable arm, even in its lowest position, directs the water outward at way too big of an angle. I like the water to shoot close to directly down from overhead. The only way to achieve this is to set the handset just barely into the cradle and risk it falling down on your head. I'm not sure how the design engineers could overlook this(?) Otherwise, it is a beautiful faucet and functions well.

Hi Jolene, I'm sorry for the inconvenience! The mount will provide about 30 degrees of rotation in any direction. It may help to use another shower arm with a lower angle. Best regards, Jon

Horrible design

Cannot adjust the angle of this showerhead low enough. It has me backed up against the wall of the bathtub while spraying me almost directly in the face. My only other choice is to stand closer to the drain and allow the water to spray over my head. I bought one for each of my bathrooms and they both have the same defect. They are both used with the Delta Cassidy 14 Series tub and shower set.
