I absolutely LOVE this fabric softener, but I haven't been able to find it in the store lately, which forced me to purchase online for the first time. As much as I love this fabric softener, the shipping experience was horrible. The box arrived, wet and smelling like my product inside, and the sealing tape was peeling away from the box. When I opened the package, containing two bottles of fabric softener, both bottles had leaked quite a bit, with one missing at least the amount for one load, while the other was missing the amount for almost two loads. There was some air pouches in the top, but they would not have prevented the leaking. I'm including a couple of photos of the packaging, bottles, etc, but I want to know what can be done about this.
