Walmart makes it so easy to order online for just about anything. This item was no exception. They had a good selection of Flaxseed vitamins to choose from and I was able to buy a brand name for a great price. Nature Made vitamins are about as good as they get and then to get it delivered all for a great price is fantastic!

I take for dry eyes due to a congential defect. Not only does it help keep my eyes moist it keeps my skin from being dry, especially my facial skin. And lastly I no longer have constipatation caused by medication. I have my daughter taking it and she is also pleased. Shipping was extemly fast.
