AWESOME

Good Ordered this for my mother to help with her hot flashes and menopause symptoms. She has not tried but hope it helps with mood. The delivery was smooth and quick. Well packaged item and in good condition. Hope it helps her sleep well and worth a try. not sure about capsule size yet.

Excellent!

Super quality, great ingredients, perfect glass size (I love the glass container-package), perfect capsule size with 1000 mg potency (it almost doesn't acid because the powder is inside the capsule). It does not upset the stomach (at least on people without acidity problems), it's a super antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, and it is of course fantastic for the immune system.

Taking it as a recommendation from my doctor. So far feels good. But general recommendation I heard to take not more than 500 mg per one take. If you need 1000 mg per - day - take 2 of 500 mg.
