Great design!

Finding that the Trinsic faucet with it's looks, features, and reputable Delta quality came in two sizes was fantastic! We saw the larger version and were quite impressed however it was going to overpower the area we wanted to place it - to find a smaller version was great. Works perfectly!

This product is great but has one slight area of improvement

The Trinsic is very nice looking in my bar area. It works very well however, if there was one thing I'd try to improve, it would be in the pull down system. Pulling it out works good though not perfectly but you have to help it pushing it back in place (as if the weight was not sufficient or hoses to large). But overall, great product...

Thank you for your feedback. If you are experiencing an issue with the hose you will want to be sure there is no obstruction under the sink that would prevent the hose from retracting. Also be sure the mounting hardware is not getting in the way as well.
