Seems like a healthier alternative
I have been using Metamucil off and on for years but about 6 months ago I decided to stay on it for the health benefits. Although I believed I was doing something healthy the ingredient list troubled me with sugar or artificial sweetener and food dyes for color. I was happy to find this formula with stevia and turmeric. Not only do I think it tastes better it's better for me.
