Concentrate is great for large applications

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bio Advanced 12 month tree and shrub insect control come in a gallon sized concentrate. The active ingredient, Imidacloprid, works by mixing it with water adding it to the soil. Trees will take it up from the soil and it spreads throughout the plant. The imidacloprid will damage their nervous system and they will eventually die. I live on 10 acres with with about 300 trees, keeping up with the health of so many is a lot and they are under constant attack. I like that the application is easy and it fights a variety of insects and I that I only have to apply it once a year. I am a bit confused on the application to fruit bearing trees as it says not to apply it to plants grown for food, yet in the Q&A's is says it is approved for some.

If they are not listed on the label you would not want to apply. For systemic insect control on fruit and nut bearing trees we would recommend applying our Fruit, Citrus, & Vegetable Insect Control. Easy to Use, Comprehensive & Complete Protection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Insect control is an absolute must in shrub and tree care, and this particular product is the best I've found. It is easy to use, highly effective and since it is absorbed in the roots, it won't be washed away by heavy rain or excessive watering. This formula protects against every type of bug, common and uncommon for my area, that could potentially attack my landscaping. The protection lasts the entire year, so preventing insects from destroying my beautiful shrubs could not be easier.
