Just the right weight for summer nights

I initially bought a Queen size for my queen size bed but it didn't hang down far enough on the sides of the bed to my liking so I returned it and ordered a king size. Wash nicely in cold water per instructions (although I think it did shrink a little) and I hung it outside to dry. I like the geometric pattern and the material is fairly soft. Don't know how well it will hold up as I just purchased it. I was surprised to learn the king size was so much more expensive than the queen. I can't understand why the HUGE price difference between the two sizes.
