I have put these inside my reebok speed tr and they fit perfectly. They are the same size as the shoe (8.5). The best thing about these is they give just enough support for all things crossfit, weightlifting, running and jumping whilst not being too harsh on your feet which I have found with other super feet products. They also do not squeak in the shoe which is a godsend as I hate squeaks in my sneaks! Great product and very reasonable in price.

Sweet for my feet
My feet love Superfeet. I had tried all kinds of shoe inserts from various drugstores, all of which promised heaven but delivered little. Superfeet are something different entirely, and I'm happy to have discovered them. I'm on my second pair. After buying my first pair, I walked all over Rome in comfort for five days. It was a true test, and Superfeet conquered Rome.

It's better when you DON'T notice anything.
Wearing them in every shoe I can take the insole out of. Most people talk about what they DO notice when wearing these but I want to talk about what I DON'T notice when I'm wearing/not wearing them. I have not noticed ANY pain in my arches since being pretty dedicated to wearing these. Going to keep it up and hope to continue to NOT notice things. PS - I had these years ago for my snowboard boots (if you're a boarder or a skier, you know those boots can be pretty uncomfortable) but these things made wearing my boots for 8+ hours tolerable. SuperFeet has been around for ages for a reason. THEY WORK!!!
